About NISSOS THOLI
NISSOS THOLI offers the unique experience of enjoying fresh beer straight from the cellar and the Cyclades. It is a golden lager particularly rich and juicy on the palate, with intense aromas of cereals and yellow fruits, and a fruity bitterness.
Unpasteurized and unfiltered, it retains a large part of its yeast and therefore of its useful vitamins in the bottle. NISSOS THOLI is presented with the typical natural turbidity imposed by its historical category, originating from Northern Europe and the Middle Ages.
NISSOS THOLI is bottled from the middle of the tank, after a long processing, and contains only the natural carbonate created during the fermentation stage. All the yeast that continues to float in the chilled tank follows NISSOS THOLI into the bottle, carrying along the aromas of the very large quantity of aromatic hops required by our recipe.
