Our brewery in Tinos is certified with the highest food safety standard FSSC 22000.  FSSC 22000 is a food safety certification system based on the international standards ISO 22000 and HACCP. It is a globally recognized standard for the control, monitoring and certification of all food products to ensure their safety. FSSC 22000 is approved by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) as a standard and is accepted by the major food retailers in Europe.
