NISSOS THOLI
Keller
AS FRESH AS IT GETS. FROM CELLAR TO GLASS
NISSOS THOLI offers the unique experience of enjoying fresh beer straight from the cellar and the Cyclades. It is a golden lager particularly rich and juicy on the palate, with intense aromas of cereals and yellow fruits and a fruity bitterness.
Unpasteurized as all NISSOS beers and unfiltered, it retains a large part of its yeast and therefore of its useful nutrients and aromas in the bottle. NISSOS THOLI is presented with the typical natural turbidity imposed by its historical category, originating from Northern Europe and the Middle Ages.
NISSOS THOLI is bottled from the middle of the tank, after a long rest in zero degrees temperature. It contains only the natural CO2 created during its fermentation. All the yeast still in suspension, at the time of bottling, finds its way into the bottle, carrying along the aromas of the very large quantity of aroma hops required by our recipe.
