Bohemian-style Pilsner

The first Greek Pilsner beer to be awarded the silver European Beer Star in 2014, and this was only the beginning.

A Pilsner with a strong cereal flavour and fresh herbal bitterness, great balance of malt and hops, light and easy to drink. Refreshing, full-bodied and spirited, inspired by the island lifestyle and the magic of the Cyclades.

She represents Greece in the global “New Pilsner Elite Generation”, paving new paths and proudly embracing her heritage.

APPEARANCE

Golden blonde color, dense, white, sensual and light foam with tiny bubbles that rise quickly.

AROMA

Nose 1 (on serving) immediate association of herbal, green, cereal and honey aromas. Recall of fields of cereals, straw, intense honey notes.
Nose 2 (after opening aromas) fruity, yellow fruits, caraway, quince, honey.
Aromatic intensity: 7/10

TASTE AND BODY

Texture: fluid, soft, velvety. Nice fine and clean carbonation.
Taste: slightly honeyed at first. The bitterness comes in like a wave, aromatic, herbaceous, increasingly present, and the cereals respond by offering a masterful balance.
Dominant flavours: cereals (which come back strongly in the retrospective nose ), honey, green herbs.
Aftertaste: dry and bitter.
Sensation: crunchy cereals, refreshing.
