A dry, not bitter and cool Lager, with a golden colour, herbal aromas and a hint of honeyed flowers, cereal sweetness and green bitterness on the finish. Well-balanced and easy to drink, ideal for moments of joy in good company. Its cold fermentation creates a deliciously clean base that brings out the aromas of barley and natural hops.

APPEARANCE
Golden yellow, reminiscent of a buttercup. White foam, reminiscent of eggshell, firm, creamy, stable. Translucent, shiny, bright. Visible, numerous, tiny and very fine bubbles.
AROMAS
Nose 1 ( upon serving) fresh and green, herbal.
Nose 2 (after opening the aromas) aromas of wheat, fresh bread, reminiscent of breakfast toast, rusk, with some honey and floral notes.
Aromatic intensity: 6/10
Flavour category: caramel and dried fruit.
TASTE AND BODY
Texture: fluid, soft, silky. Foaming is very fine, tiny bubbles are numerous, enhancing freshness in a thin and supple body.
Taste: Bitterness is present from the mid-palate and develops gradually, bringing to mind green grasses. Dominant flavours: fresh bread, baguette, rusk, crackers.
Dominant flavours: The flavours in the mouth are sweet, with hints of honey. Herbal hops with green accents follow generously on the cereal.
Aftertaste: The bitterness is long and persistent.
Taste: The sensation is dry, the green bitterness is very present and lingering. The fresh bread crumbs and the nut come back to the retrograde smell. The whole is balanced, fresh and very easy to drink.
