We respond to our consumers’ demand for HIGH QUALITY FOOD AND DRINKS WITHOUT GLUTEN: NISSOS ALL-DAY ORGANIC, with its well-known taste and 100% aroma hops, contains less than 3mg/l (PPM) of GLUTEN, almost 7 times less than the 20mg/l (PPM) limit that gives the right to products to be called “GLUTEN FREE “. Each batch of NISSOS ALL-DAY ORGANIC is tested for Gluten content by the Food Chemistry Laboratory of the University of Athens.

APPEARANCE

Bright, with crystal clarity, golden yellow colour. Vanilla-coloured foam, with a creamy texture, persistence and lace in the glass. Normal carbonation in accordance with the beer type.

AROMAS

Nose 1 ( upon serving) white flowers, jasmine, sambuca fruit, white fruit, white peach.
Nose 2 (after the opening of the aromas) rose bouquet, honey notes, cereal, almond. Intense, concentrated nose, floral, fruity, honeyed. Aromatic intensity: 8/10
Aroma category: concentration on flowers, rose, white fruit, white nectarine and freshly sprouted wheat seed.

TASTE AND BODY

Texture: Soft, silky, velvety texture that offers a fresh mouthfeel. The carbonation is soft and the fine bubbles are well perceived on the palate. The bitterness is light
Dominant flavours: they are floral, fruity and cereal. Significant retrospective smell of white flowers, white nectarine, white peach.
Aftertaste: well balanced freshness in the aftertaste. The bitterness is fruity and sweet, the sensation is dry and velvety at the same time.
