Each judge will assess products and are looking to reward a well-made, interesting beer that deserve to be consumed, variety which is determined by the entrant and verified by the table captains. Each product is blind tasted and awarded a Bronze, Silver or Gold for its aroma, appearance, taste and finish or in some cases, no medal is reached.<\/p>\r\n<p>This year, due to COVID-19, the tastings were adapted, and took place in different locations simultaneously, with smaller groups of judges tasting the beers at the same time, connected via ZOOM. More than 1000 breweries from 40 countries participated in this year&#8217;s International Beer Challenge.<\/p>\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p>On the occasion of the award, Alexandros Kouris said: &#8220;Our international awards continue, congratulations to our Team. It is a golden lager particularly rich and juicy on the palate, with intense aromas of cereals and yellow fruits, and a fruity bitterness.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Unpasteurized and unfiltered, it retains a large part of its yeast and therefore of its useful vitamins in the bottle. <strong>NISSOS THOLI<\/strong> is presented with the typical natural turbidity imposed by its historical category, originating from Northern Europe and the Middle Ages.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>NISSOS THOLI<\/strong> is bottled from the middle of the tank, after a long processing, and contains only the natural carbonate created during the fermentation stage. All the yeast that continues to float in the chilled tank follows NISSOS THOLI into the bottle, carrying along the aromas of the very large quantity of aromatic hops required by our
