{"id":1263,"date":"2021-12-15T17:31:13","date_gmt":"2021-12-15T15:31:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nissos.beer\/politiki-asfaleias-trofimon\/"},"modified":"2023-06-01T09:45:09","modified_gmt":"2023-06-01T07:45:09","slug":"food-safety-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/nissos.beer\/en\/food-safety-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Food safety policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>In this context, we have installed and implement a Food Safety Management System, according to the principles of HACCP and the FSSC standard.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>We operate under the following policy:<\/p>\r\n<p>We strictly adhere to the Food Quality &amp; Safety Management System.<br \/>\r\nWe follow all procedures to the letter.<br \/>\r\nWe participate in continuous training on food hygiene and safety and quality issues.<br \/>\r\nWe continuously verify the system through scheduled audits.<br \/>\r\nWe monitor all critical points and prerequisite programs, which have resulted from the HACCP Study.<br \/>\r\nWe secure the resources required to maintain and update the System.<br \/>\r\nWe maintain channels of communication with suppliers, customers, and authorities.<br \/>\r\nWe monitor and implement the applicable legislation.<br \/>\r\nWe continuously improve the efficiency of the System&#8217;s processes.<br \/>\r\nWe continuously analyse the environment from the point of view of food and beverage safety.<br \/>\r\nWe employ staff who, through training, have a strong culture of safety in our beers and are fully aware of our company&#8217;s responsibilities to our consumers.<br \/>\r\nWe manage all issues related to the safety of consumption of our beers in an effective and ethical manner.<\/p>\r\n<p>At the same time, we have set measurable targets relating to quality and safety of our beers, which are constantly monitored in terms of their achievement.<br \/>\r\nAll of the above ensure the high quality of NISSOS&#8217; beers.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>\r\nTHE MANAGEMENT<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"At NISSOS Brewery our mission is to create beers of exceptional taste, quality and organic value that complement the authenticity of Greek gastronomy.
